Privacy Policy

Cathouse.com has a very simple privacy policy and a no-spam policy.

Spam: we don’t do it. No marketing for Cathouse is done via email.

Privacy: your privacy is paramount! I, the webmaster, do keep track of web logs so that we can improve the site and see where people are going.

We do not buy, nor do we sell, lists of email addresses. We don’t collect email addresses.

Should we, in the future, offer any email based services (listserv) we will only do so by special request opt-in and verifications. None of us likes spam either.

If you receive a spam with a cathouse.com address, it’s fake. But feel free to let me (the webmaster here) know because I want these people to stop using our name too! Unfortunately, the Internet makes faking email addresses quite easy, and until there’s a new method of email verification we’re going to continue to see spoofed email addresses. Just rest assured cathouse.com does NOT send any of these.

I HIGHLY recommend using Firefox Browserfirefox logo as your Internet Condom of choice!
Please also download and use the Firefox addon: noscript. It will help protect you from random malware.

JAVASCRIPT – Cathouse does use plenty of javascript to provide you with content. However, while I cannot guarantee anything – I do check over all the scripts to make sure nothing malicious is going on. If you use Firefox addon noscript – you can see most of our content very easily by selecting a few “obvious” key domains. Cathouse.com, buddyhosted.com, steamray.com, gammae.com.

STATISTICS – Cathouse does track aggregate user data via statcounter and google analytics. I only use the data to help improve the site.

Please support Internet freedom and privacy!
